Shifting problem

OK, never had this happen before but was called out today cause F-350 would not move from park, now the guys have complained about it a couple times but I could never get it to do it myself. Well today I was called out cause it did it. To get it back to the shop I crawled under it and disconnected the cable from the trans and home bound we were. I get it into the shop and start looking around and can see a solenoid. I loosen the column and remove the solenoid that locks the shifter in place in park. I guess this is were I need tobe and am sure this is a OEM part only. I thought I would throw this out on the board to see what general thoughts are.
